If you have been reading my site for a long time you may remember a former post about Mixbook.com, when I reviewed their photobook a few years ago. Their software is easy to use and they offer lots of templates to get you started. Two years ago I was at a bridal shower and the mother-of-the-bride gave her daughter her wedding guest book which was filled with their engagement photos and had been created at Mixbook. Once we got Aaron & Summer’s engagement pictures back, I headed straight to Mixbook to create their guest book.

They have eight different guest book templates to choose from, I chose the Chalked Guest Book since chalkboards are part of their wedding theme. I uploaded all of their engagement photos to the site and then the fun began! I love making scrapbooks and photobooks so this is truly a gift of love from me to the kids. I spent about an hour and a half making sure everything was just right. I purchased the square soft-cover photobook for only $19.99!

Mixbook.com also offers affordable, customizeable wedding invitations to fit every wedding’s style and budget.

There are all sorts of creative guest books and guest book alternative ideas floating around now. Did/will you have a traditional guest book at your wedding or will you have something more personalized?

Nice! I was thinking you meant, you took pictures of the guests and then created a book. So the bride and groom would have a picture of each guest to remember them by. But this is a great idea too!

Beautiful pictures, and I love making photo books too. I will have to remember this for hopefully a long way away! You know you are getting old when the people getting married look so young!

This such an amazing idea. I love how great the book turned out. I bet the guests were definitely eager to sign the book just so they had a chance to check out the neat pictures of the couple.
