I am sad to say that we are entering the last and hardest month of the #Cinchspiration program. Month 6 includes Thanksgiving and all of the pre-Christmas parties!! I’m not going to focus on that today though. Today my video focuses on what I am thankful for.
This month I only lost 1 pound and 0.25 inch. My goal is to lose 3 more pounds by the end of this last month so I will be working out more and making wiser dinner choices so that I can achieve my goal.
My Thanksgiving hurdle is my mom’s stuffing. In my opinion, she makes the best stuffing in the world and since she only makes it twice a year, I will be eating some. My goal for surviving Thanksgiving will be portion control and only eating what I truly desire. It is a special day and I won’t deprive myself of a few treats but I won’t go crazy either.
