of shredded sharp cheddar cheese

can diced tomatoes
drained

Place the cooked beef, bacon, potatoes, cream cheese, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and chicken broth into the crockpot.

Cook on low for 6 hours.

In a bowl, whisk together the flour and milk. pour the mixture into the crockpot.

Add 2 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese.

Stir gently.

Cook for another hour on low.

Serve with reserved cheese sprinkled on top.
