I can’t believe I have completed 7 weeks on the Cinch Inch Loss Program from Shaklee. Time flies when you are having fun and getting healthy 🙂

Goal 1 reached!!

In the video I told you I reached goal #1 and that goal was to say goodbye to the 220s!!! I was very happy when my scale said 219! My next goal is to lose 10% of my starting body weight so I will reach that goal when I get to 205lbs so I have 14 more pounds to go. Also in the video i shared my favorite new shake, Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana.

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 TBS Peanut Butter

My goals for week 8 are to walk 10 miles, eat healthier dinners and take my 3-in-1 Boost after every meal. What are your healthy goals for this week? Leave me a comment and let me know.

My opinions are my own. Results and experiences are unique for each person, so results may vary. People following the weight loss portion of Shaklee 180 can expect to lose 1-2 pounds a week.

I LOVE the chocolate shake with PB and banana! OMG… so good! The only down side is that it has a lot of calories in it!

Great job on the loss so far!!
