Week three of my Cinch Inch Loss journey is over and I feel like I am totally hitting my stride. I am working out at least 5 days a week and I am doing very well on my eating plan. My week 2 Cinchspiration vlog I promised a recipe so today I’m sharing what I have for breakfast at least 4 days a week, my Banana Split Shake.
I told you it was a good week and it showed on the scale and on the measuring tape! I am now down 6 pounds and 4.25″ in just 3 weeks.

.
I know that you will lose the inches with that walking workout we did in the pool! Keep up the great work. 🙂
Great job!! Thanks for the recipe. For those who can’t have so much fruit and carbs (me) I wonder how 1/2 banana, 2-3 strawberries and soy milk would taste…
Great post Cindy! I cant wait to try this recipe. I’ve added your link to my list. Thanks for sharing and i’m looking forward to read more from you.
Wow! Congrats on the good week. Also, the recipe sounds nice.
