Soothing Foot Soak with Young Living Essential Oils

This soothing foot soak is a great way to decrease inflammation and soreness while detoxifying at the same time.

  • 3 cups epsom salt
  • 3/4 cup baking soda
  • 30 drops Young Living Rosemary Essential Oil
  • 30 drops Young Living Panaway Essential Oil


  1. Add epsom salt and baking soda to a large glass or metal bowl. 

  2. Add the Young Living Essential Oils.

  3. Stir well with a metal spoon.

  4. Pour into 1 quart sized or 2 pint sized mason jars with lid.

  5. Create a tag with instructions: Add 1/4 cups of foot soak to a basin of warm/hot water. Soak 15-30 minutes
