This soothing foot soak is a great way to decrease inflammation and soreness while detoxifying at the same time.
Add epsom salt and baking soda to a large glass or metal bowl.
Add the Young Living Essential Oils.
Stir well with a metal spoon.
Pour into 1 quart sized or 2 pint sized mason jars with lid.
Create a tag with instructions: Add 1/4 cups of foot soak to a basin of warm/hot water. Soak 15-30 minutes
