This three-way steak marinade recipe from Char-Broil is versatile, with just a few tweaks you can make it Classic, Mexican, or Asian.
In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients until completely emulsified
Marinate meat in a sealable plastic bag or covered container in the refrigerator for 4-24 hours.
Over medium-high heat, place meat on grill, discard marinade. Grill for 3-5 minutes per side.
Let steak rest 5 minutes before slicing.
Slice into thin strips, slicing against the grain.
