Happy Win it Wednesday Giveaway Linky Day! Happy 95th day of captivity I mean safer at home. While I was never as locked down as many of you, I’m still waiting for life to go back to normal. I want my Bible study to be in person, I want Kid’s Church back open. I want to not have to wear a face mask when I enter certain places. Yes, I’m ranting. Deal with it! LOL
One a more positive note, I’m back at work at one of my seasonal jobs! This week I am working in Phone Central 5:30am-8:00pm Tuesday-Thursday for The JoyFM Florida and next week Monday-Friday 5:45am-7:00pm for HIS Radio in Greenville, SC. That’s 104.75 hours of work. Praise the Lord!!
These two events were cancelled due to COVID. We were told they wouldn’t be rescheduled but thankfully they were. It’s crazy busy because we are only using every other computer terminal so we are half staffed but doing full work. I’m just glad to be back earning money and working with my friends.
We had a retraining last week. We had only worked one week on our new software before the shutdown so we had a retraining plus we had to learn the new social distancing rules. The hardest one is we have to wear a mask whenever we aren’t at our desks. It’s hard because we are used to hopping up quick to run to the restroom or grab a snack and now we have to remember to put on a mask before we get up. We will survive and we are just happy to be back.
