Happy Win it Wednesday Giveaway Linky Day and Happy 6th birthday to Mushu, my Shi Chi Poo (shih tzu-chihuahua-poodle). Mushu was born to our neighbor’s dog, Ladybug (a shih tzu/poodle mix) and one of the chihuahuas down the street. I originally wanted the runt of the litter but that puppy didn’t make it. Mushu, or Moo as they called her, was originally taken by another family, but she didn’t get along with their other, larger dog, so they brought her back. Summer and I begged Ron and he finally relented and Moo, now called Mushu, joined our family in June 27,2012.

It’s hard to believe that Mushu has been a part of our family for almost 6 years and that Ron didn’t even want a dog. Ron is Mushu’s favorite and he walks her twice a day. It has been such a blessing having a dog in our home. Now, when Jordan gets married in September, we won’t have empty nest syndrome because we have Mushu to keep us company.
