Happy Win it Wednesday Giveaway Linky Day and happy middle of hell week. Yes, I said hell week. You see March is always busy with 3 different week long events that I work in two of my seasonal gigs. This year, two of those events happen on the same week…this week…thus, hell week.
If you are a long time reader you know that one of my favorite seasonal gigs is answering phones for the fundraising events of the Christian radio stations that are part of RTN. This March we have The Joy FM this week and a combo KWND and WAFJ the week of the 22nd. My days at the radio station are usually 5:30am-8:15pm. Long but fun and fulfilling.
One of my other seasonal gigs is being part of the tech team for Woodland Fine Arts Academy. I run the accompaniment tracks for their musical theatre productions. This is production week for their Select Troupe’s production of “James and the Giant Peach”. We had an 8 hour tech rehearsal on Saturday. Monday-Wednesday evenings we rehearse from 5:30-9pm. Thursday we have a morning performance for school children, then we have public performances Friday evening and Saturday matinee.
Since both events collided on the same week, I’m at the radio station 5:30am-4pm and at WFA 5:30-9pm. Please pray for me this week. Both of the jobs require a lot of focus and attention to detail. Pray for that as well as restorative sleep each evening. I’m excited for all this week holds but I also know I will be exhausted.
