Happy Win it Wednesday Giveaway Linky Day! Christmas is in 10 days! Are you ready? I have 85% of my shopping bought and wrapped. Tonight we are heading out to try to finish the last 15% of shopping. Some of that is stocking stuff, which adds up fast.
My mom always gave everyone a Christmas stocking, no matter what age. Adults get candy and personal care items like Q-Tips, toothpaste, deodorant etc. The day before mom died last year, she asked me to continue the tradition and of course, I agreed. I had no idea how expensive doing stockings for 11 adults and 1 toddler could be! This year I’ve done a better job of spreading out my stocking shopping over several paychecks to make it a little easier. Thankfully I got all the Q-Tips at Big Lots when I had a 20% off your entire order coupon! I’m glad my family loves this tradition and I really do love being able to continue it. Thankfully my sweet daughter-in-law, Savannah, has taken on doing my Christmas stocking as well as one for my Mother-in-law and Sister-in-law who will be joining us on Christmas Day.
