Welcome back to the linky! I am so excited today my 19yo comes home for the holidays!!! he is a missionary with The 99 and he has been on the road since the end of January. I was blessed to see him for a few days in July when he was in the area to work at youth camp. He will be home through mid-January and this mama’s heart is bursting with excitement!

I am smack dab in the middle of the busiest week of my summer. As I told you last week, this is VBS week at Riverlife and I am the Bible teacher! With VBS I am at church daily from 5:30pm-9:30pm. This week is also YEX Youth Explosion summer camp-where all 3 of my kids are on staff! I am spending 2-3 mornings this week volunteering there as well! Add blogging andhouseowrk on top of that and you see why this is my busiest week of the summer!

It’s Wednesday! This week is flying by! We are in the midst of VBS prep at church. This year we are doing Lifeway’s Agency D3 so we are turning the church into spy headquarters. I’m teaching the Bible lessons in the Evidence Vault! Doesn’t that sound like fun? For the last week we have been building props and scenery pieces to bring the theme to life. I created 2 six-foot topographical blob maps for the Map Room where the kids will be learning about missions projects. I also created 2 satellite dishes for props, mostly from stuff I got at Dollar Tree!

Mouse House Memories-Pictures with Tarzan

“Tarzan” is a favorites Disney movie in my house so, of course this translates into finding the Tarzan photo op. We did just that during Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party in 2010. Tarzan hangs out on the patio on the left just after you cross over the bridge from the hub into Adventureland.
