Another crazy week has come and gone and there is one more on the calendar before life actually settles into “normal”. My last official weigh-in was August 9th! Since then I’ve been off the wagon, I’ve been traveling and eating, and drinking water and walking…I’ve gained a few pounds and I’ve lost a few pounds and I am happy to say that as of today, my weight is 227-just up one pound since that August 9th weigh-in.

In just the last week I have traveled over 1000 miles, and never left central Florida. I have attended 2 conferences, 4 theme parks and walked over 65,000 steps! I am tired but re-energized at the same time. My goals for this week are to keep drinking my water, eat well and let my feet rest until I leave for Type-A Mom (I am in a lot of pain from my plantar faceitis). I’m craving Subway so hopefully I’ll get there this week too.

What are your goals for this week? Leave me a comment and let me know.

You traveled a 1000miles and have walked 65,000 steps just this week! Wow, I am exhausted just thinking about it. I am going to focus on drinking my water and making it to the gym 5 times this week. Have a great week!

Hey there – my goals for this week:

    1. Get all of my last workouts in for the duathlon and then ENJOY the taper week (when you slow down and don’t do any intense workouts, let the muscles rest before the big day)!

    2. Eat more whole foods.

    Your travel schedule is crazy!!

Only up one pound in over a month is not bad at all given all the traveling you have been doing. It shows you have been doing a lot right. Have a great week, buckle down where you know you need to focus.

Holy cow your travel schedule has been crazy! Impressed that only 1 lb was gained! My goals for the week include attitude adjustments towards my work-outs and trying at least 1 new healthy food – This week will be quinoa as I “discovered” the bulk food section LOL!

Good luck with this week and I hope things level out for you soon!

Make sure we find each other at Type-A-Mom this weekend! I’m so excited – this is my first blogging conference! I’m hoping to stay disciplined with eating well and staying active in spite all the sitting.

Seems like you are rocking it! Wish my pedometer worked. I’m curious because you have taken a lot of steps. My goals for the week. Train for the Spartan Race. It’s going to be here soon!
