Aaron on Segway at Epcot 2/26/11

It is hard to believe that my oldest son Aaron turns 18 years old today. It seems like just yesterday I was bringing my tiny infant home…where has the time gone? Together we’ve survived 14yrs of homeschooling, hundreds of trips to Walt Disney World and thousands of hours of volunteering in the body of Jesus Christ.

Aaron has grown into an awesome man of God. He works in children’s ministry, runs the video ministry, plays drums on the worship team at our church. He volunteers with The Front, a storefront youth/young adult ministry where he runs sound and plays drums. He also volunteers as producer for LightForceRadio.com an awesome Christian Rock/Alternative station here in town as well as the LightForce radio show Saturday night’s on TheJoyFM.

When he isn’t busy volunteering, he is working on his college coursework. He is a sophomore at the State College of Florida working towards his degree in Digital Media/Film Production. Once he finishes his associates degree he is considering attending an audio tech school in Nashville-if that is where the Lord leads him.

Happy Birthday Aaron! You have made us very proud!
