It is time for the Great American Bake Sale! In case you don’t know about the Great American Bake Sale it is organized by Share Our Strength to help end childhood hunger in the US. In a nutshell you plan and host a bake sale in your community, church, business…where ever, enter your bake sale information into the Great American Bake Sale website and then you send the proceeds to Share Our Strength and they add it with all of the other bake sale monies and use it to feed America’s children.

Domino Sugar is one of the sponsors of this year’s bake sale and they have set up a very helpful website to help you plan and advertise your bake sale, (there’s even a coupon on the site to help you get started).

Domino Sugar and I want to help you get started on your bake sale so we are giving 1 reader of The Mom Maven a $20 gift card to buy their baking supplies. This contest is really on the honor system because if you win you need to hold your bake sale and blog about it before July 31, 2010 and link back to this post-letting your readers know where you got the gift card from. Can you do that?

Mandatory 1st entry: Leave me a comment with a link to your blog and tell me that if you win you promise to hold your bake sale and blog about it with a link back to this post and tell me the name of 1 recipe you will be making for your bake sale.

Bonus Entries: Leave a separate comment for each entry

  • Follow Domino Sugar on Twitter
  • Like Domino Sugar on Facebook
  • Tweet about this giveaway-include @MomMaven, @DominoSugar and a link to this giveaway in your tweet. (You may do this 2x a day-leave the tweet URL in your comment)
  • Subscribers, GFC friends, Networked Blog Followers and Facebook Likers get 1 entry for each way they follow this blog (up to 5 entries-leave a separate comment for each)

This giveaway ends at 9pm on June 26, 2010. The winner will be chosen by Random.org.

Disclosure: Domino Sugar provided me with a $20 gift card to give away. I have received no compensation for running this giveaway.
