This giveaway is for the whole family. Preserving family memories is something I am passionate about. Scrapbooking is an easy way to do this. This prize package includes a 12×12 spiral bound Christmas photo album, 3 two-page pre-made Christmas scrapbook layouts, and one sheet of letter stickers. This prize pack is worth $40.00. You do not have to be a scrapbooker to enjoy this prize. It includes 6 pages of pre-made layouts and I will include the simple instructions on how to complete these 6 pages. My kids are grown and married now and with the addition of in laws, Christmas can be quite hectic for them so we have our Christmas together on New Years Day to alleviate the stress of having more relatives to visit. My youngest son and I cook the meal together which is something we did when he still lived at home. It’s a great way to enjoy his company. I started a tradition years ago that giving toys no matter how old you are. So each year I enjoy finding silly toys for stocking stuffers to give my sons and their wives. I like to reconnect with the kid in me at Christmas time and prefer to take as many adults with me as I can.

I don’t know if there’s anything that really makes us special, other than we are a weird little family. 😉

Our family is special because we focus not on place but on relationships. As a military family we understand that home is not a building, but where our family is!

I tweeted about the contest for you!

What makes my family special is…. Family. My daughter’s name is Moriah (God’s Gift); she has smiling eyes that light up and an easy laugh that makes the world chime in. My daughter, Laquita, who is married, has a very sweet and giving spirit; always calm, cool, and collected despite the highways and byways; my son Cedric, talented, gifted, and always giving; and my husband, Mike, wisdom, understanding, and allowances for everything.

My family is collectively, God’s Gift to me.

My family is unique because we’re so big. We now have 10 kids, all mine and my husband’s. I gave birth to each one of them. The oldest is 17, the youngest is 4 months. What makes us special is that we are learning and growing together spiritually. We’re learning as a family how to build strong, godly relationships and how to deal with conflict and accountability biblically. We confess our sins to one another. We speak the Word to each other. We pray for each other. We do spiritual warfare together. I believe the family is meant to be a microcosm of how the Church should relate to each other. So I am training up my children to walk in love and truth and to respond correctly to conflict and misunderstandings. At least, that’s my goal.
