As much as we love buffalo chicken around here, I haven’t made a new recipe using it in over a year! We have so many favorites in our meal plan rotation it just doesn’t feel like we need something new. I thought you might want something new so I decided to make some baked buffalo chicken.
We eat our Buffalo Chicken Casserole regularly. I make my Buffalo Chicken Dip for almost every party we go to, it’s one of my most requested recipes. Add to that going out for wings once a month and that is a lot of buffalo chicken!
I wanted the outside of this chicken dish to be crispy so I added panko! This recipe is easy and the ingredients are all pantry staples so it’s easy to whip up Crispy Baked Buffalo Chicken for a busy week night dinner.
