Taco Bake

This taco bake is easy to make and kid friendly.

Ingredients

  • 8 Pillsbury Grands Refrigerated Biscuits
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning
  • 8 oz shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 3/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and drain off the fat.
  3. Add the tomato paste, taco seasoning and water to the meat and mix well.
  4. Simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Press the biscuits into the bottom of a 9x9" baking dish, sealing up the edges of the biscuits by pinching them together.
  6. Pour the meat mixture on top of the biscuits.
  7. Sprinkle the cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes.
