Ingredients

  • 1 TBS salt
  • 16 oz pasta I used Penne
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned salt Lawry's
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 3/4 cups milk divided

Instructions

  1. In a large sauce pan bring 6 cups of water, with 1 TBS salt in it to a boil.

  2. Once the water is boiling, add the pasta to the water and cook following the package directions.

  3. While the pasta is cooking, in a large skillet or saute pan over medium heat, brown and crumble the ground beef. While the meat is cooking add the mustard, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and seasoned salt.

  4. Once the meat is cooked, drain the grease and place the meat back on the heat.

  5. Add the cream cheese and stir constantly with a wooden spoon until it is melted then do the same with the cheddar.

  6. Once the cheese is melted and well combined, add in the milk in 1/4 cup increments, stirring well to make a sauce.

  7. Drain the pasta and then mix it into the meat and sauce. Serve and enjoy!
