Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 TBS red and green sprinkles
  • 1/3 cup crushed plain potato chips
  • 1/3 cup crushed pretzels
  • 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper.

  2. In a medium bowl sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

  3. In large mixing bowl us an electric or stand mixer to cream together the butter and sugars until fluffy, 3-4 minutes.

  4. Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture. Mix until smooth. Dough will be thick.

  5. Gently fold in the sprinkles, potato chips, pretzels, and chocolate chips.

  6. Using a cookie scoop, scoop out balls of dough onto the prepared cookie sheets.

  7. Press the balls down slightly then sprinkle with sea salt.

  8. Bake for 7-8 minutes until edges start to turn golden.

  9. Remove from oven, allow to cool 5 minutes before transferring to cooling rack to finish cooling.
