Easy Pork Chops and Potatoes

This easy and flavorful meal of Pork Chops and Potatoes is made with 5 pantry staples and will delight the entire family.

Ingredients

  • 2 Medium Russet potatoes
  • 1 can Cream of Potato Soup
  • 1 Packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • 1/3 cup Milk
  • 4 Boneless Pork Chops

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.

  2. Spray a baking pan with non-stick spray, set aside.

  3. Wash the potatoes, peel then slice them thin. Place the potato slices in the bottom of the baking pan and set aside.

  4. In a medium bowl, combine the milk, potato soup, and onion soup mix. Set aside.

  5. Preheat a grill pan or cast iron skillet over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes. If using a skillet, add 3 TBS cooking oil to the pan.

  6. Cook the pork chops 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and place on top of the potatoes.

  7. Pour the sauce over the pork chops and potatoes.

  8. Bake for 60 minutes. Serve with a vegetable.
