This easy and versatile Hawaiian Pork Chops recipe makes a big punch with just a few pantry staples.
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Cover a sheet pan with aluminum foil and lightly spray with nonstick spray. set aside.
Preheat the grill pan, or cast iron frying pan over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes. IF you are using a frying pan, pour in the olive oil, you will know the pan is hot when the oil becomes wavy.
In a bowl mix together the barbecue sauce, pineapple juice, garlic powder, and onion powder, set aside.
Grill the pork chops 1-2 minutes per side.
Place pork chops on prepared sheet pan. Place pineapple rings around the pork chops on the sheet pan.
pour the sauce over the pork chops and pineapple.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
