Gingerbread Jumble Bars are the best of both worlds, soft gingerbread bar cookies with white chocolate chips and M&M candies mixed in.

Ingredients

  • 1 18.25 oz Gingerbread Cake Mix
  • 1/4 cup Dark Brown Sugar packed
  • 1/2 cup Butter softened
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 TBS Milk
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup M&Ms

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Spray a 9 x 13" baking pan with non-stick spray. Set aside.

  3. In a large bowl combine the cake mix, brown sugar, butter, eggs, and milk with a wooden spoon.

  4. Fold in the chocolate chips and M&Ms.

  5. Spread the batter into the prepared pan.

  6. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes-until just set.

  7. Cool completely on a wire rack before cutting.
