These apple toffee blondies are rich and chewy, studded with pieces of apple and toffee bits. They are perfect for any fall gathering.
Line a 13 x 9" baking pan with foil and set aside.
Preheat oven to 350° F.
In a large mixing bowl, blend together the cake mix, eggs, melted butter, brown sugar, and vanilla with an electric or stand mixer on medium speed for 1-2 minutes.
Using a wooden spoon, carefully fold in the chopped apple and toffee bits until well combined.
Press batter into prepared pan.
Bake at 350° for 22-25 minutes, until they are golden brown and just barely set at the center.
Remove from oven and cool completely on a wire rack before cutting.
