Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts remove excess fat
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°. Spray non-stick spray on a 9x13" baking pan.

  2. Pound chicken breasts down so that they are similar in thickness. Place the chicken into the baking pan.

  3. In a medium bowl, mix together the sour cream, rosemary, pepper, and 1 cup of the Parmesan.

  4. Spread the sour cream mixture over the chicken breasts. Sprinkle the remaining 3/4 cup of Parmesan on top of the chicken.

  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear. Change the oven to broil and broil for 2-3 minutes until cheese on top is  lightly browned.

  6. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

This recipe scales easily, I cut it in half to feed the 2 of us and it was perfect.
