Preheat oven to 350°

Line a 13x9" pan with aluminum foil. Spray foil with non-stick spray.

Trim fat from chicken and pound breasts to 1/2" thickness.

In a quart size zippy bag pour brown sugar and Italian Dressing mix.

Seal bag and mix well.

Rinse chicken under running water, one piece at a time and then place in the bag.

Seal bag and shake until chicken is well coated.

Place chicken in pan.

Repeat until all chicken is coated.

Pour remaining sugar mixture on top of chicken in pan.

Bake a 350° for 15 minutes.

Flip chicken over.
-
Bake for another 15 minutes.

Then change to broil-broil for 2 minutes.

Flip chicken over.
-
Broil for 2 more minutes.
-
Spoon additional sauce over chicken when serving.
