Skillet Corn
This recipe is an easy way to change up your typical corn.

fresh off the cob or defrosted frozen

butter

flour

milk

In a 10 inch skillet over medium heat combine the corn, water, butter, sugar, salt and pepper.

Cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Whisk the flour and milk together in a small bowl until smooth.

Pour the milk mixture into the corn.

Cook for 5 more minutes, stirring constantly.
