Ingredients
2cupsflour
1/2cupCrisco
1 1/2cupsgranulated sugar
2eggs
3brown bananas
1tspbaking soda
1/2tspsalt
5TBSsour milk-mix together 4 TBS milk with 1 TBS vinegar)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Lightly grease a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a potato masher or a fork.
Add the dry ingredients.
Add the Crisco.
Add the eggs.
Add the milk.
Mix well by hand until most of the lumps are gone.
Bake for 1 hour.
