These ribs are easy to make because they start in the crockpot and finish on the grill.

1rack of ribsabout 3 pounds
Pork RubI use martin County Magic
1 1/2tspMesquite Liquid Smoke
1/2cupApple Cider Vinegar
1/2cupSoy Sauce
Barbecue SauceI use Sweet Baby Rays
Instructions
The day before you want to eat your ribs, place them on a foil lined baking sheet. Rub them down well with your Pork rub and then wrap them up tight in the foil and refrigerate over night.
Five hours before you want to eat mix together the Liquid Smoke, Vinegar and Soy Sauce in the bottom of the crockpot.
Cut the ribs into 3-4 sections to fit into the crockpot.
Line the ribs up around the edges of the crockpot.
