Peanut Butter Banana Bread
This peanut butter banana bread is a recipe even Elvis would love!

large ripe bananas

sugar

light brown sugar

vanilla

Preheat oven to 350°.

Spray a loaf pan with non-stick spray.

In a microwave safe bowl, place the peanut butter and the butter. Microwave for 20-30 seconds to melt.

In a large mixing bowl with a fork, mash the bananas. Use a wooden spoon to mix in the peanut butter mixture.

Next, add the white and brown sugars, the egg and vanilla. Stir until well mixed.

Add in the flour, baking soda and salt and stir just until combines, do not over mix.

Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 1 hour and until a toothpick comes out clean.
