  • 1 TBS brown sugar
  • 1 TBS Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp Lawry's Seasoned Salt


  1. Mix the ingredients together in a small bowl.
  2. Rub the mixture into the steak, covering both sides.
  3. Let steak sit out at least an hour to come to room temperature before grilling.
  4. Gill over medium heat until internal temperature reaches 140° for medium rare.
  5. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
