Cheesy Potato Chips

We made a double batch for 5 of us and we could have eaten more!

Cook Time 20 minutes

  • 12 oz potatoes
  • 1 TBS Olive Oil
  • Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • Sea Salt
  • Cooking Spray


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Scrub potatoes with a brush
  3. Slice potatoes lengthwise as thin as you can (I wish I had a mandolin to do this step but I don't)
  4. Combine potatoes and oil in a large bowl.
  5. Lay potato slices out in a single layer on a cooking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray
  6. Sprinkle Sea Salt on the potatoes
  7. Sprinkle Shredded Parmesan Cheese on the potatoes
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown,
