Crockpot Shredded Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

If you have shredded chicken stockpiled in your freezer, thaw it before making this recipe. If you need to make shredded chicken allow 4 hours and follow directions linked in the recipe.

  • 1-1.5 lbs shredded chicken thawed if you have some stockpiled in your freezer
  • 12 oz bottle Frank's Red Hot Wings Buffalo Sauce
  • 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
  • 6-8 hamburg or sandwich rolls


  1. In a small bowl mix the Buffalo sauce and the ranch seasoning.
  2. Place the shredded chicken in the crockpot.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and mix well.
  4. Cook on high for 30 minutes.
  5. Serve on hamburg or sandwich roll with Ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
