Sweet and Sour Pork

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg French's Crunch Time Entrees Sweet and Sour
  • 2 TBS flour
  • 1.5 lbs boneless pork chops
  • 1 egg lightly beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°
  2. Lightly grease a baking sheet
  3. Cut pork into 1-1.5" cubes
  4. In a small bowl, mix flour with crunchy coating
  5. Dip each pork cube in egg, then dredge in coating mixture, place on baking sheet
  6. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until cooked through
  7. Drizzle the included sweet and sour sauce over chicken and serve
