Parmesan Roasted Green Beans

These easy Parmesan Roasted Green Beans are a delicious addition to any grilled meat.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound green beans fresh
  • 2 TBS grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 TBS Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 2 TBS olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°

  2. Rinse green beans well and dry them. 

  3. Place the green beans in a large mixing bowl.

  4. In a small mixing bowl, mix together the cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, and olive oil.

  5. Pour the cheese mixture over the green beans, toss to coat.

  6. Spread the green beans on a baking sheet. Pour any excess of the cheese mixture over the green beans.

  7. Roast for 15-20 minutes, flipping the green beans halfway through cooking.
