Pre-heat oven to 350°.

Spray the bottom of a 13x9" pan with cooking spray.

Place the pretzels in a zippy bag and crush with a rolling pin.

Mix the brownie batter according to the package instructions.

Fold in the milk chocolate chips.

Place the pretzel crumbs in the bottom of the 13x9" pan.

Drizzle with melted butter.

Mix well and press pretzel crust to the bottom of the pan.

Carefully pour the brownie batter evenly over the pretzel crust.

Drizzle caramel over brownie batter in a zig-zag pattern.

Pull a knife through the caramel in different directions to create a pretty pattern.

Sprinkle the sea salt over the brownies.

Bake at 350° for approximately 25 minutes (check box for baking time).

After baking, allow brownies to cool for at least 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
