Brownie Sundae Cheesecake Recipe
The prep time includes the time to make and cool the brownies.

For the Brownie Chunks

Brownie Mix
-
Eggs as called for on the box

Oil as called for on the box
For the Crust

cups
crushed Nilla Wafers
about 45-50 cookies

For the Cheesecake

Cream Cheese at room temperature

Sugar

Eggs

Pure Vanilla

Hot Fudge Sauce

Set the Cream Cheese out to soften.
-
Bake the Brownies and allow them to cool before moving forward with this recipe.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
For the Crust
-
Crush the Nilla Wafers using a rolling pin
-
Using a fork, mix together the dry crust ingredients
-
Add in the melted butter and mix well
-
Spray the pan with cooking spray
-
Press the crust mixture into a 9" springform pan

Bake for 8 minutes

Allow to cool slightly
For the Cheesecake
-
While the crust is baking-Cut about half of the pan of Brownies into small cubes-set aside
-
Beat the Cream Cheese, Sugar and Vanilla
-
Gradually add the Eggs one at a time.

Pour the batter into the crust

Place the cubed of Brownie into the batter, pushing them down,

Warm up the Hot Fudge Sauce to make is pourable
-
Drizzle the Hot Fudge Sauce onto the top of the cake in concentric circles

Using a butter knife, gently marble the sauce

Bake 50-55 minutes
-
Loosen from pan once it is cooled
-
Cover and refrigerate
-
Best served cold
We served ours with additional hot fudge sauce drizzled over the cheesecake.
