Ummm, how did it get to be September? Two-thirds of the year is gone! Part of me is glad it’s September because it means I’ll be on vacation later this month! The other part of me gets a little stressed because that means it is crunch time because starting September 22 I am out of the office for almost 3 weeks straight! We have taken our family vacation in the fall for years. When the kids were home and we were homeschooling we often traveled once the rest of the world went back to school. Attractions were much less crowded and prices were lower. Now, that is still when we take our family vacation because it falls between the busy Florida summer and…snow bird season! I hope you had or will have an amazing family vacation this year!
Time to start the party with us at Turn It Up Tuesday! We had a great week last week, and we have to keep the momentum going! First, though, we’d like to thank each and every one of you for stopping by and enjoying the party! Please keep coming back to share your amazing posts with us here on Turn It Up Tuesday!
Turn It Up Tuesdays is all about being happy, excited, energetic…and having fun! Link up your favorite posts (old or new) and meet some awesome bloggers in return! Link up your funny stories, DIY posts, recipes, mommy moments — anything at all. We want to laugh, be entertained, be inspired, and have a good time!
Thanks so much to everyone that joins us each week and makes this link party the best that it could be!

Natasha also chose this post. “Mari’s posts always speak to me. As I get older, I realize how demoralizing labels are, and how they single out a certain person based on their circumstance. I identify myself as a single mom, only because that’s what I’ve been called – that’s how people classify me. But I’m so much more than that, and Mari hits on the points that tick me off. Great post, Mari!”
