It’s October and as you know this is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. My mom and mother-in-law are both breast cancer survivors so this is a cause close to my heart. Being proactive is key to breast health and part of being proactive is doing your monthly breast self exam, I do it and you should too. E! News host Giuliana Rancic and Lindsay Avner, founder of the national breast and ovarian cancer non-profit Bright Pink, think you should too. They put together this “Treasure Your Chest” webcast for women everywhere to learn more. Go refill your coffee cup…or water bottle in my case and sit back and enjoy some girl time while learning about breast health.

Again this year Orbit White gum is donating 10% of every pack of Orbit White Bubblemint gum sold in September and October, up to $75,000, to Bright Pink. So pick some up today!
