I like the game ideas and even mad libs–that way, everyone feels included. There’s nothing worse than just sitting and staring and not knowing what to do– Great ideas to really celebrate with everyone 🙂

Sounds like a good plan. We did a lot of pictures beforehand, so we had only a few to do afterwards, and then when we “drove off” we actually went somewhere for the outside shots and then came back to change to leave for our honeymoon. We did let people get food while they were waiting for us and someone was doing a video where they walk around and talk to people.

Sometimes they have a videographer asking the guests to say something to the couple about how they enjoyed the ceremony. The video (DVD) was given to the couple after their honeymoon.
I’ve also seen videos of the couple growing up or dating or something . I know that’s probably not possible in every situation.
During the reception, have a baby-sitter to keep the little ones entertained with dvds in another area with pizza or food of their own.
