										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We had a wonderful anniversary trip to Disney during part of week 15. During that trip we walked over 20 miles in 3.5 days! I was very careful of my food choices and portion size and&#8230;I gained 2 pounds <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f641.png" alt="🙁" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>
<p>Week 16 I was back to a &#8220;normal&#8221; schedule for the first time in a month, except for a trip to SeaWorld on Sunday. This week I lost the 2 pounds I gained last week so I remain at 213lbs. I haven&#8217;t measured yet so I don&#8217;t know where I am on inches yet.</p>
<p>Saturday I went clothes shopping at Stein Mart because they were having a HUGE sale. I was very excited to fit into size 18 denim shorts&#8230;except for the 2 inch gap in the back. I HATE that gap. I assume it is caused by my odd proportions between my hips and my waist because it has ALWAYS been that way. It doesn&#8217;t matter if I am a size 7 or 24, if my pants don&#8217;t have elastic in the waist, I have that horrible gap. So, thanks to the gap, I didn&#8217;t buy any new clothes and I am wearing clothes that are getting very baggy.</p>

<p>One of my favorite fruits is finally in season, McIntosh Apples. I grew up eating them in Massachusetts and with their short season we only get them in fall here in Florida. I picked up a bag of Macs at the grocery store the other night and I enjoy having another healthy snack around the house. Yesterday I had the idea to use an apple in a Cinch shake and here is what I came up with.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Week 14 is completed, where has the time gone? As week 15 starts I am looking forward to a mini-vacation this week. Friday hubby and I celebrate our 21st wedding anniversary and we are celebrating at Disney World! We haven&#8217;t had a weekend for just the 2 of us since last year&#8217;s anniversary cruise so I am really looking forward to this trip.</p>
<p>When I started planning this trip one of the things I knew I had to pay attention to was my Cinch plan. I LOVE Disney food and we are going during the Food &amp; Wine Festival so I know I have to really keep track of what I am eating. We are staying at a time share with a full kitchen so my plan is to bring my blender, 2 packets of chocolate shake mix, 2 packets of vanilla shake mix, 4 bananas, my almond milk, jar of peanut butter, 4 snack bars and 3 meal bars as well as lots of water. I bring my own water because they only sell Dasani in the park and I only drink natural spring water. I will have a peanut butter banana shake for breakfast each day, a meal bar for lunch and my snack bar when/if I get munchy. Friday night we are eating our anniversary dinner at UNO Chicago Grill. Saturday night we will eat counter service somewhere in the Magic Kingdom and Sunday night will be counter service somewhere in Disney&#8217;s Hollywood Studios. Monday&#8217;s lunch will be bits and pieces of food at the Epcot Food &amp; Wine Festival and Monday night we are dining with friends at La Hacienda San Angel. I have been scouring menus so I can make healthy choices and for our counter service meals, hubby and I usually share a meal so that helps with portion control. I will be indulging in a Dole Whip while I am at the Magic Kingdom-a girl needs her Dole Whip, but other than that I&#8217;ll be sticking to my plan and walking. I usually log 5-8 miles on a typical Disney day so for 3 park days that will be a lot of extra exercise too.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hi! I know some of you have wondered if I had fallen of the Cinch band wagon and the answer is NO! The last 2 weeks have just been INSANE and I haven&#8217;t had time to shoot my video, take my pictures and do my measurements. Today, I finally got it all accomplished. I didn&#8217;t get to edit the video though, sorry, but Windows Live Movie Maker crashed on me every time I imported the video. Ugh!</p>
<p>Anyway, food wise I am still doing well, except for the Halloween candy I ate at Mickey&#8217;s Not So Scary Halloween Party last week! It is the exercise that has been lacking since the accident almost 2 months ago. The only real exercise I am getting is our evening half mile with the puppy. Sierra&#8217;s memorial service is this evening so I plan to get back to a regular schedule for work and exercise after that.<br />

This week I am at 215 which is a loss of 13lbs in 13 weeks. I had hoped to be at 20lbs by now but I&#8217;m not complaining <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f642.png" alt="🙂" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> A pound a week is a good, steady, weight loss.</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">My measurements have barely changed in the last month or so but hopefully when I kick the workouts back into gear I&#8217;ll tone up more. I do think you can see the changes in my pictures though and my pants are all getting too big so I know this is working!<br />

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I woke up this morning to a tweet from my friend <strong><a href="http://twitter.com/mamabeedoes" target="_blank">@mamabeedoes</a></strong> congratulating me and telling me that we would be doing #cinchspiration together. Hmmm, I had just checked my email and didn&#8217;t see anything so I checked my spam folder and there it was! I am one of the 50 female bloggers chosen by <strong><a href="http://shakleeblogger.us4.list-manage.com/track/click?u=678961726c6f1e5b25771e422&amp;id=c51e9903f3&amp;e=4f0571073a" target="_blank">Shaklee</a></strong> to be a #cinchspiration blogger for the next 6 months! I am so excited!! Since I have a lot of weight to lose I was happy to give it a try. the Breathslim comes with a DVD that teach you how to do the exercises and if you register on <strong><a href="http://breathslim.com" target="_blank">Breathslim.com</a></strong>, they have a workout tracker and even a timer to help you make sure you are doing the exercises properly.</p>

The topic for this week&#8217;s Weight Loss Wednesday is &#8220;Have you had any unexpected benefits of your weight loss journey?&#8221; My answer to that question is, yes.</p>
<p>While creating our schedule for the fall&#8230;I made scheduling exercise time a priority and I scheduled it when it will actually work in my schedule. I have tried many times to be that person who gets up early to exercise before her day begins&#8230;that is just not me. I have added late afternoon exercise time to my daily schedule and that will work much better. Exercising after homeschooling and after work is a great way to re-energize for evening activities and to focus on me for a bit in the middle of my day. We started school this week and my fall work schedule goes into effect on Monday so that is when the true test of this schedule begins.</p>
<p>As far as the scale goes&#8230;it didn&#8217;t move this week. Honestly I didn&#8217;t do much to make it move, so I can&#8217;t complain. I weigh in on Tuesday so yesterday&#8217;s 2 workouts count for this week <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f642.png" alt="🙂" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> This morning I&#8217;m headed out to Publix to pick up some fruit and more Zone Bars to keep me going.</p>

Today&#8217;s Weight Loss Wednesday topic on <strong><a href="http://www.confessionsofasnowflake.com/" target="_blank">Confessions of a Snowflake</a></strong> is &#8220;What Keeps You Going&#8221;. I think I have 3 answers to that question.</p>

<p>1. Weight Loss. I am down 2 pounds this week after weeks of maintaining so this week&#8217;s loss keeps me motivated to get going.</p>
<p>2. Feeling Better. Usually when I hit about the 10 pound mark during any weight loss campaign I feel a bit better. I know at Weight Watchers they alway said the first big goal was 10% of your starting weight and I have a ways to go to get there&#8230;I WILL get there.</p>
<p>3. Photos. I look better in my head than I do in pictures. The photos from last week&#8217;s day at Epcot with my girlfriend JL are proof of that. I hate the way I look in the photos too fat and frumpy. I want to at least look as good in print as I do in my head <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f642.png" alt="🙂" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>
<p>The good news is I lost 2 pounds between drinking lots of water, walking Epcot and sweating like a crazy woman at the back to school bash I saw movement on the scale!! Eight and a half weeks til my cruise!!</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://www.confessionsofasnowflake.com"><img decoding="async" class="alignleft" src="http://www.confessionsofasnowflake.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/02/wlw2.png" alt="" /></a>Another Wednesday is here and I am still maintaining which is ok but not what I want. I am now down to 8 weeks left before my cruise and 26 pounds to go!! I am not getting discouraged though. This past week I didn&#8217;t track my food and I only exercised 2x. This week I am tracking my food but with the Back to School Bash coming up on Saturday there isn&#8217;t much time to exercise since every spare waking moment is being spent working on Bash details. The following week will be different because I received a set of 11 workout DVDs to review&#8230;I&#8217;m already sore just thinking about it!</p>
