I am so excited, it’s easy to clean my floors again! For years I have been using a sweeper for the day-to-day sweeping of my kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom floors and an old, heavy, vacuum for the bedroom carpets. Mushu hates the sweeper because the sound it makes is pitched to annoy dogs. If I even touch the sweeper she starts barking and if I pull it out to use it, she stands in front of it and growls and barks at it. Recently I received a Shark Rocket Complete with DuoClean Technology and it is amazing! It cleans my vinyl, laminate, and carpeted floors as well as under appliances, in crevices, and it has a TruePet motorized brush attachment for cleaning up dog hair from upholstery and carpets! Add to that washable filters and an easy-emptying dust cup and I am in heaven.

I am always skeptical about demonstration videos like the one above. I am here to tell you, it’s true! The Shark Rocket Complete with DuoClean Technology really does clean floors and carpets just like it shows. Embarrassingly enough, our master bedroom still has the original 1970s carpet. It is nasty and all matted down. I have said for years, when we take the furniture out to remove the carpet, the old furniture, which I bought used at an auction right before our wedding 25 years ago, isn’t going back either. So, because no one but us sees our bedroom, it hasn’t received the makeover it desperately deserves. I wish I had taken a picture of all the dirt and ick that this vacuum got out of that carpet the first time we cleaned it. It was nasty, and we used our old vacuum in there regularly, it just wasn’t doing a good job.
