The company was started by to Australian mums who moved to the US in 1996. As they prepared for the births of their children they searched for muslin swaddling wraps, a staple in Australian nurseries, but couldn’t find any the right size and quality. They went about making their own for their children. The mums were often asked about where they got their wraps and in 2004 the went into business and established Aiden + Anais.

The muslin wraps, blankets and towels come in beautiful colors and prints. Muslin is so much more breathable than most other fabrics used in baby products.
