										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Happy Mother&#8217;s Day&#8230;a day late, to all my Mamavation Sistas! Wow week 5 wasn&#8217;t too good for me. Let&#8217;s start with the successes; I drank all my water every day, I ate slowly every meal and I made healthy food choices 95% of the time!! I only exercised 2 days and I didn&#8217;t visit Pete Cohen&#8217;s site all week. Speaking of visitors&#8230;I did have one, Aunt Flo has been miserable this week!<br />

<p>Looking a head this is a crazy week&#8230;it is production week, my Homeschool Musical Theatre class puts on its production on Thursday evening which means I will be busy building sets, collecting props and running rehearsals&#8230;as well as doing everything else I always do! I&#8217;m trying to plan some meals that I can take with me when rehearsing and building sets so that I don&#8217;t succumb to the McDonald&#8217;s runs as I have in the past.</p>
<p>I was just reading about <a href="http://www.aquagenus.com/home.php" target="_blank"><strong>AquaHydrate</strong></a> and wondering if their high-performance sports water would give me more energy to get through the next few crazy weeks. I am a pretty picky water drinker so I don&#8217;t know if I would even like it but I am willing to try it!</p>
<p>This week&#8217;s goals are: to survive production week, drink my water (today is day 22 with no soda-yes, I am bragging!), make healthy food choices and exercise at least twice this week (hey, I&#8217;m being realistic here!). I am looking forward to tonight&#8217;s Mamavation TV show and hearing what <a href="http://www.mamavation.com/2010/05/mamavation-mondays-nutrition-101.html" target="_blank"><strong>Dr Renna</strong></a> has to say about nutrition.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well, here we are again, another Mamavation Monday post. I can&#8217;t believe it is May! This is such a crazy month for me we have a piano recital, musical theatre production, finals, 2 graduations, a graduation party, Mother&#8217;s Day, 5 birthdays, and the start of summer semester! Phew, I&#8217;m tired just thinking about it. It is going to take a lot of work and focus to keep hitting my Mamavation goals with everything else going on.</p>
<p>This week I did well with my eating and my water; drinking a minimum of 2 liters a day. Today is day 15 of no soda!! I only exercised twice <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f641.png" alt="🙁" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> plus spent Saturday walking Busch Gardens in the 90 degree heat. I really wish I had some <a href="http://www.earthfootwear.com/" target="_blank">Earth Footwear</a> Exer-Walk shoes so that every step I took would be burning more calories than in my current sneakers.</p>
<p><img decoding="async" class="alignleft" src="http://i508.photobucket.com/albums/s324/PrincessTinkLuvsJesus/blog%20stuff%202010/mamavation53.jpg" alt="" width="222" height="168" />I lost 1 pound this week, for a total of 5 pounds so far, which I am ok with. I&#8217;d like to lose another 5 pounds before my birthday at the end of the month. I am going to accomplish this by continuing to drink my water, eating healthy, listening to everything Pete Cohen is teaching me and exercising at least 3 days this week.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hi, I&#8217;m Cindy and I am addicted to soda&#8230;(your turn&#8230;&#8221;Hi Cindy!). Anyway I have been addicted to Mt Dew and Coke for years and nothing diet or caffeine free here, I want full strength or nothing at all. Well I am proud to say that today is day 8 of no soda&#8230;and my kids are still alive (hee hee). For the 2 weeks prior to the start of the <a href="http://www.mamavation.com/2010/04/mamavation-mondays-getting-through.html" target="_blank"><strong>Move It and Lose It</strong></a> Challenge I had begun weaning myself off the caffeine (I don&#8217;t drink coffee or tea so soda was it), knowing  would have to cut it out of my diet if I was going to succeed at this challenge. I haven&#8217;t had any headaches&#8230;due to weaning myself down!</p>
<p>I LOVE working with <a href="http://petecohen.tv" target="_blank"><strong>Pete Cohen</strong></a> his coaching is gentle and positive and I am learning a lot. I succeeded in eating well and making wise choices. My new favorite breakfast is the <a href="http://allwhites.com/recipes/recipeView.cfm?RecipeID=0115a" target="_blank"><strong>Morning Sunshine Protein Smoothie </strong></a>from the All Whites website. I woke up this morning to realize I was out of <a href="http://www.chiquita.com/#/Products/" target="_blank"><strong>Chiquita bananas</strong></a> for my smoothie this morning <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f641.png" alt="🙁" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> The smoothie fills me up with fruit and protein and keeps me going all morning. I have also gotten in all of water every day-a minimum of 2 liters each day! I am still struggling with fitting workouts into my schedule but I did get in 3 this week!<br />
