										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It has been a crazy week, Jordan is still battling the crud, Ron has been busy running sound and lights for a middle school production and I have been hunkered down at home trying to get ahead with my work because Friendraiser season starts in a few weeks. With it being the end of the month I had also run out of meals on my meal plan because we actually ate at home more than usual this month. Thankfully I was able to pull together a delicious new recipe out of items already in my pantry and freezer and I&#8217;m calling it Crockpot Pesto Chicken.</p>

<p>Oh my, did my house smell so good all day while this was cooking! I was a bit nervous making this meal on a night when Jordan would be home because he isn&#8217;t a fan of pesto. I was very excited when he was the first one to say how much he liked it and he hoped I would send the recipe to his fiance.
