Mom Maven’s Thoughts

Even though I was an adult when Pee-wee’s Playhouse was a Saturday morning staple, I still watched the show. I had a co-worker that was addicted to the show and she would talk about it all the time, so I had to check it out. So far I’ve watched the first few episodes of season 1 and boy has it brought back memories. I remember wanting to own my own Chairry because that was the coolest chair ever! Cowboy Curtis and Miss Yvonne are old friends and it was nice to get reacquainted with them. I had forgotten all about Penny and the Dinosaur family and I laughed out loud when they came on the screen.

I have enjoyed reliving the fun of Pee-wee’s Playhouse as I watched the first few episodes. I can’t wait to share Pee-wee’s Playhouse with my kids! This will also make a great Christmas gift for the Pee-wee’s playhouse fan on your list.
