										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>For many years I have heard my friends in my Disney groups rave about the Peanut Butter and Jelly Milkshake at the 50s Prime Time cafe at Disney&#8217;s Hollywood Studios. While I had eaten at that restaurant several times, I never tried the milkshake. Last year on my birthday we ate dinner at the 50s Prime Time Cafe and I finally ordered the milkshake as my birthday treat. WOW! I didn&#8217;t know what I was missing. It was delicious. Last fall I learned that you can even order one to-go at the Tune In Lounge. Some friends and I did that and took them to Fantasmic with us, it was a wonderful treat.</p>

<p>I&#8217;ve been enjoying a strawberry banana <strong><a href="https://plexusworldwide.com/mommaven/product/plexus-p96-vanilla" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Plexus P96 protein shake</a> </strong>regularly for over a year. Just recently I decided to add peanut butter to it and make it a Peanut Butter and Jelly Protein Shake. It is almost as good as the milkshake and it&#8217;s healthier. Of course, adding the peanut butter adds about 190 calories to the protein shake so make sure you account for that.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>For over 6 months now my breakfast most days consists of a protein shake using <strong><a href="mysite.plexusworldwide.com/mommavenn" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Plexus P96 protein powder</a></strong>. Back in December I shared my <strong><a href="http://themommaven.com/2016/12/ask-santa-nutri-ninja-christmas/">Strawberry Banana Smoothie Recipe</a></strong> and today I am sharing my decadent Chocolate Dream Protein Shake recipe. I have the strawberry smoothie 4-5 times a week and the chocolate dream only once. I&#8217;m also working on some other recipes I&#8217;ll bring you when I feel they are perfected.</p>

<h2>Mom Maven&#8217;s Thoughts on Plexus P96 Protein Powder</h2>
<p>For years my breakfasts consisted of sugary cereals in 2% milk with additional sugar sprinkled on top. Then in my quest to be healthier I switched to bagels smothered in Nutella! Ha!! All of those sugar and carbohydrate laden breakfasts made me tired and I wasn&#8217;t full long and I quickly craved more sugar.
