As I pray and search for the next step in my work journey, I have been doing a lot of online research. The last time I applied for a job was 1991 and I have never had a functional resume. I have been very blessed and of all the jobs I have had in the past 35 years only 1/3 included a typical application and interview process. The other 2/3 were offered to me because someone in the organization knew me and recognized that I would be a good fit for the job.
