About My Olaf Costume

I bought a plain white t-shirt from Walmart and used iron-on vinyl decals I purchased from RandR Custom Designs on Etsy. I had her make Olaf 10″ and it was perfect and very easy to use. She has lots of great Disney designs so go check out her store and tell her “tritune” sent you. I made my tutu and on my head I wore my own personal flurry which was made of a white headband, a paper plate and cotton batting which was hot glued to the plate.

My costume was a hit with guests of all ages and cast members too! I had my picture taken with several Queen Elsas and I was given a free slushie at Pecos Bills because they were celebrating creativity and they said I was the most creative costume they had seen all night!

Our Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Experience

I love going early in the season because the parties aren’t as crowded as they are in October. We had no problem finding a place to watch Hallow Wishes and the Boo To You Parade. These are both not to be missed parts of the party! This year Vanellope and Wreck It Ralph made their debut in the parade. My favorite part of the parade is the grave diggers!!

We didn’t ride many rides during the party. The few we did do had no wait. We each collected over a pound of candy, and we didn’t even make it to all of the trick-or-treat stations. The longest line we waited in all night was at Princess Fairytale Hall to see Anna and Elsa. The posted wait time was 20 minutes and the actual wait was 30 minutes. I figured it was only proper for Olaf to visit the Arendelle royalty and David really wanted to meet the queen! By the time we got to see Queen Elsa, I had lost some of my personal flurry so she performed her magic to fix me up. I had quite a conversation with Anna about chocolate, it is our favorite food, you know.
